It appears as if Trump is considering flip flopping on his line in the sand on immigration. Trump who has called for the deportation of all undocumented immigrants is considering a path to residency and citizenship. This is a betrayal of the issue that most united his supporters. Why would you be interested in this? Does it make you want to vote for him? It will be hard to determine who is here legally, but we still should close the border to keep others out illegally. Then there is isis. AND, yes I will still vote for Trump. Nothing he could do would convince me to vote for Hillary.

First of all, his "flexibility" on the topic isn't a "Flip Flop". Trump's position hasn't changed, he still believes that undocumented "illegal" people in this country need to leave, and get to the back of the line behind the folks that are trying to get here the proper way. We all knew going in that his plan to deport every illegal would be a monster task, and would be met with intense partisan opposition. The beauty of having Trump in the oval office is the ability to understand and accept the fact that flexibility will inevitably help him to achieve the ultimate goal of cleaning up the conundrum of "illegal immigration". Nowhere will you find him saying anything in the direction of amnesty. Plus deportation doesn't help a thing until the wall is built and our border is secure. Once that's done... The deportations may and will begin, starting with the criminal immigrants that we have in our jails and sanctuary cities. I'm proudly supporting and voting for Donald Trump..!!

Kevyn-one has to be immensely naive to believe we could physically deport 11 million people. There are ways of officially deporting people without them having to physically leave the country. First we need to secure the border, then everyone who is here illegally needs to register so we can find out who is here and their status. Those who fail to register, would be immediately deported if apprehended and it is determined that they are not registered. We would immediately deport all criminals regardless of offense committed. Once that is accomplished, we can then deal with the remaining group assigning priorities for legal entry. Once the E-Verify system is in place many of these people would leave because they could not find work. Also, with conditions improving in Mexico, many would return to work there where the cost of living is much lower. This will be done humanely with view to keeping families together and, otherwise law-abiding people, here. Once Sanctuary cities are closed down much of the criminal element will be exposed and we can deal with them effectively. Trump is looking for a fair approach to the situation and I applaud him for it. Intelligent people often change their minds and only an idiot remains steadfastly unmovable when plausible alternatives are presented. Good Luck America !!!

He never said he was going door to door to collect illegals, that was a leftist myth.
Now he did say he wouldn't just give them a slap on the wrist and send them back into the public.
