FEDS GRANT EMINENT DOMAIN AS COLLATERAL TO CHINA FOR U.S. DEBTS!
Beijing, China -- Sources at the United States Embassy in Beijing China have just CONFIRMED to me that the United States of America has tendered to China a written agreement which grants to the People's Republic of China, an option to exercise Eminent Domain within the USA, as collateral for China's continued purchase of US Treasury Notes and existing US Currency reserves!

The written agreement was brought to Beijing by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and was formalized and agreed-to during her recent trip to China.

This means that in the event the US Government defaults on its financial obligations to China, the Communist Government of China would be permitted to physically take -- inside the USA -- land, buildings, factories, perhaps even entire cities - to satisfy the financial obligations of the US government.

control of the property and businesses in the
united states to the capitallist/ommunist gov't

large areas of the united states and will own
& control thousands of successful businesses

Maybe ownership of the members of the
current congress should be included in this

If this is true, it is not legal. Obama and Clinton cannot pass agreement treaty, trade agreements claim of property without Congress approval. Congress has not sign and will not pass any such a agreement with China plus, it has not even see this. Until Congress has read and pass such Legislation it cannot become Law plus, it has to go the Senate for passage as well and then to the President for a signature before it can become Law.

I'm sure that's the way it's supposed to be done , but when has Obama done anything the way it's supposed to be done ? He's been so busy signing executive orders , That he has forgotten all about Congress and Legislation .

My point is , Obama has been ignoring the laws that this land has been made up of since day one, he has steadily been making up the rules as he goes . So how do we not know that he and Hillary didn't sign that agreement with China ?

About the legal Chinese land grab..

No american citizen is going to know for
sure that the 'signed agreement with the
Chinse is real until the armed chinese
military knock on your front door and
tell you that you have to leave >now<
because the chinese gov't now owns
your land, property, business, etc.;
compliments of the Obama.


Other than getting 95% of american
citizens and their families taken and
put into FEMMA camps for 20 yrs etc,
this would be the ultimate betrayal
of the american citizen.


Question is...

Now that >we the people< have found
out about the possible signed debt
agreement between the Obama and
the chinese..what are 'we the people'
going to do to twart it or stop the
agreement without getting into a nasty
conflict with the chines ? Obama created
and caused this 'situation' on his own.He
is the one who needs to legally end the
agreement without getting innocent
american citizens killed in the process.
