True... although schools have been slowly getting better statically... I think that NC has lost its balance... it was never perfect but things changed slower and all the political bickering seemed to pay off where compromise won and there was a better sense of fairness .... Now its very one sided... things are changing rapidly... Its very big business oriented and this may not be a good thing for the people who live here ... I spoke to a friend who is a local attorney on this zero tolerance crack down.... he was of the opinion that its all about the money... He stated that the enlisted guys were only a small part... its the tourists there are after... this doesn't sound like a good plan for a tourist economy on the coast :shock:
