I've not been among those who make zionism and Judaism one and the same as there are sects of Judaism which oppose zionism.
Even so, the acts of zionists are being seen as representing the whole of Judaism--much the same as the acts of a segment of Islam (arguably not even muslims) are construed as being representative of all muslims.
The focus of this article is on how zionism brings Judaism into disrepute.
