I think they "breed like rabbits" with or without welfare payments at the end of them, because that's what our society supports. Careless morals, backed by religion fueled: "you don't want to follow the rules", mentality.

They try to get legal abortions, but states try to stop it. And so their only recourse is to have the child that you want her to have so bad. And then put up more roadblocks, so she can't succeed in life.

...which are driven by fatherless families...which keeps it churning, churning and churning.
