From RT:
"The questioning came just a day after Attorney General Loretta Lynch, under scrutiny for a private meeting with Bill Clinton on her plane in Phoenix earlier this week, said she is stepping away from deciding whether Hillary Clinton will be indicted in the classified email investigation. America’s top law officer, Lynch usually oversees FBI investigations and makes decisions over indictments. This time however she said that she intended to accept the findings and recommendations of the prosecutors who have spent months investigating the case.
“This case will be resolved by the team that has been working on it from the beginning,” Lynch added. “Supervisors always review matters, in this case the review will be career people in the DOJ, and also the FBI will review it, up to and including the FBI director, and that will be the finalization of not just the factual findings, but the next steps in this matter,” Lynch told Washington Post columnist Jonathan Capehart on Friday."
What Lynch meant:
"I don't plan to do a damn thing about it."
Politico-speak.
Carol-I have a different take on this one. This could backfire big time on the Clintons. Prior to this meeting the recommendations submitted by the FBI and senior prosecutors were to be evaluated by the AG and a determination made whether to indict or not. Now the AG is out of the loop and the Clintons may have lost their buffer. So it now depends on what the recommendations are. Good Luck America !!!

You really think Lynch could act fairly?

A little Addendum from Western Journalism, the DOJ has a couple more caveats to add:
Loretta Lynch said:
“The recommendations will be reviewed by career supervisors in the Department of Justice and in the FBI and by the FBI director. And then, as is the common process, they present it to me and I fully expect to accept their recommendations,”But Yahoo News reports the Justice Department’s chief spokeswoman, Melanie Newman, has said that everything will be reviewed by at least two political appointees — Assistant Attorney General for National Security John Carlin and Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates — and Lynch will still be the one to make the final decision about whether or not to prosecute.

My feeling about this is the American people are still caught in a rat trap. Everyone listed above is in the Clintons pocket. Hillary will get by with everything just as Bill has gotten by with everything. How many people lie to a Grand Juryand continue to be President? Mr. Clinton didn't even get his hand slapped. Losing his license to practice law really hurt!

Carol-Lynch has a reputation of being a hard nosed no nonsense prosecutor. She now has said publicly that she would accept the recommendations of the FBI and senior DOJ prosecutors. So, she is in a box and Bill
Clinton put her there. Now, can she, behind closed doors suggest to the prosecutors that they go light ? Yes !! Will she ? If she were to do such a thing and it contradicted what the FBI has and recommends, then the FBI will go public. If she were to recuse herself, I guess the next in line would review the case and make the decision whether to prosecute or not. That step has now been eliminated. If the FBI/DOJ have enough to file charges this is the best chance we have of that happening. PS. It is true that other senor prosecutors could short stop the whole thing. The Clintons have connections and money. Good Luck America !!!
Questions. Questions.
She said, he said.
Lynch is still political.
lynch is no better than her predecessor, another Obama flunk i.e., Eric holder. Jarrett, Lynch et al are all like their PC boss Obama, they are anything but patriotic Americans. They have a chip on their shoulders to blame America.
midnite-if I were Lynch, with the Clintons' track record on the fate of former associates, I would be nervous. Bill's visit was planned to intimidate Lynch and had nothing to do with socializing. The Clintons are corrupt to the core and Lynch probably needs a bodyguard. Ironically, since they hate guns, the guard should carry a billy club and a sling shot. Why anyone would vote for Hillary defies logic. Good Luck America !!!
Yes, you are right it was subliminal intimidation as well, but all of these Obama people are problematic!

The whole thing is so obvious. I would be ashamed of myself for trying to foist this off as an "accidental meeting," when Clinton held up his flight to meet with Lynch. In the words of Franklin Delano Roosevelt,
"In politics, there are no accidents. If it happens, you can bet somebody planned it that way."

Do you think that Lynch won't tell the FBI and senior prosecutors that, while she is not directly involved with this anymore, but if they wish to remain employed, they had better find Mrs. Cunton innocent?
Im thinking billy boy, told lynch,if she shut down the investigation, without pushing charges against the kilary beast, kilary would appoint her to the US SUPREME COURT, This makes makes more sense, than talking about golf and grandkids.
