Hello, I found your digest awhile back and it looked interesting. Thought I'd join the forum too. I have been all over the map politically.
Only party I ever registered with was Republican, but nowadays folks call me a rino or an out and out liberal. Voted R, I, & D for the top of the ticket. Mostly conservatives for all others. Recently retired in the South but lived in the NW U.S. for 25+ years and am originally (many moons) from Florida where my family traces back to the 1760s.
LOL We used to love to travel :) My spouse is a great guy who still likes to work :shock: at age 69.

Welcome to the discussion. Most here are troubled by what is going on in our nation, but all points of view are welcome, if done in the right spirit. There are a few here who can only engage in personal attacks, so just ignore them.

Welcome, Salty. I hope you will stay with us for a while. There are very contrasting views re politics on this forum, but obviously we expect that, and we're all still hanging around. :wink:
