When your drafted in the military there wasn't much chance to thing, you did what you were told. When I got out I was in the same mode, let others do the thinking, then Carter came along and that point I started questioning why.

I can appreciate that. That is the military, after all.
However, I would like to point out that just because a liberal disagrees with conservative policy prescriptions doesn't mean we take marching orders from anyone. Some of us also think for ourselves and still come to conclusions on our own.

Lets try this again. You don't see the problem with that statement? Its one of the main reasons that we resent democrats. They feel the need to babysit everybody, and stick their nose in other peoples business. Probably looking for another way to impose a tax on us.
