Not happy with the verdict of the Tamir Rice Civil Case. The spokesman for the Police Union gets the "fat mouth".

The Cleveland Police Patrolman Association -- the union representing police in that city -- was having none of that. None whatsoever.

In what is likely to be their parting shot at the Rice family, they issued a statement. A bitter, nasty, finger-pointing statement.

“We can only hope the Rice family and their attorneys will use a portion of this settlement to help educate the youth of Cleveland in the dangers associated with the mishandling of both real and facsimile firearms,” Loomis said in the statement.

There was a time when the parents paid for the stupidity of their children. ....now its the taxpayers, because it's never the poor childrens fault no matter what..

Now, now......hard to tell real from fake in an instant, why not force China to not make them so realistic in size and color? I assure you the kids won't care or notice as long as it points and goes click.

You were young once coolio ( long time ago) our toy guns were not that realistic like the ones today, and i never heard any complaints from my friends when playing...just sayin....no need for the realism in a toy for 7yr olds

First responders, they had no diving gear, and no training in that rescue that would have not been necessary if they had not stolen a car......and then ran from the law with many opportunities to pull over. ........plus there be gators in them thar ponds where you live, no way i would jump in that water in the day much less the dark.....did you see that water? Comes down to......do not steal, do not run when told to stop and they would still be here...plain and simple.

Stealing a car in florida is about like taking gum from a walmart without paying......barely even a crime anymore

Or white coolio...not a color thing, it's a failure to follow a lawful order by a police officer....i have failed to follow a lawful order or two in my dumbass stage of browing up, took two good beat downs from a few white cowboy cops, it was a long hair thing. ..and my failure to do what was asked, it was my fault, so i just cleaned up the blood and never bitched...but i also quit being an ass too

I hate to ask...do you understand how all this came about? Stealing, then a failure to comply....all this could have been avoided if the kids just stopped, hard to accept but this is all their fault from the beginning decision to steal, to the ending while deciding to run.....this whole thing rests on their shoulders, and the parents for not doing their job.
