I forgot to mention that there was NO Ortopsy (which should be standard procedure and is in fact even for illegal aliens who have a suspicious death) and the examining coroner NEVER came out to the location, but just handled it over the phone. This is all totally outrageous. And if with all the other factors I mentioned, that doesn't tell you something, how about all those 13 dead eagles in federalsberg of all places. Come on buddy, start connecting the dots. It's easy on this one our national symbol - the federal, died on the 13th, 13 eagles, 13 an an illuminati number. Scolia did not have the pillow on his face, it was beside his head. He did not meet with Obama. He was not with a liberal but rather a conservative business man who had an upcoming issue before the SC..He was not in a Motel but rather the home/resort of the businessman...

John Poindexter told the Daily News he wants to respond to those running wild with his comments earlier this week that he found Scalia with a pillow over his head in his room at the Cibolo Creek Ranch Saturday morning.

With even boldfaced names like Republican presidential frontrunner Donald Trump raising questions, Poindexter, a Houston manufacturing magnate, said the conservative justices pillow was above his head and resting against the headboard of the bed.

There was a pillow over his head, not over his face, said Poindexter. The face was entirely clear.

His prior account of entering the 79-year-old judges room stirred speculation, along with a county judges finding via telephone that Scalia died of natural causes and didnt need an autopsy.

We discovered the judge in bed, a pillow over his head. His bed clothes were unwrinkled, Poindexter told the San Antonio Express-News on Monday. He was lying very restfully. It looked like he had not quite awakened from a nap.

Trump seized on the remarks Tuesday in an interview with far right radio personality Michael Savage. The "Savage Nation" host asked Trump his thoughts about an autopsy or a formal commission to investigate whether Scalia was murdered.

It makes a lot of sense to anyone with a working brain. What power does Obama get if he gets Garland approved to replace Scalia? He will have a liberal majority in SCOTUS and damn near anything he wants passed will be done. He could even get the 22nd Amendment removed and run again because we know the 4 libs on the court will rule in favor of him. Getting rid of Scalia was huge.

I am not a murderer so I could be mistaken but it seems to me that if I were going to suffocate a sleeper, I would NOT leave the pillow on his face. I would put it under his head and leave everything in a peaceful state.

OTOH, I travel infrequently and hate hotel rooms. Sometimes, when I am in a strange place, I put a pillow on my face to cut the view. Is that a rare habit or response? I doubt it.

Another thing to consider: You are not, as you state, a murder so you would not expect murderers to think as you think, right?
Not only that, many (most) who murder are not known for their thinking ability.

I could be wrong but any murderer who can get into a billionaire's estate and smother a Supreme Court Justice is not just any murderer. He is a special breed of murderer with a LOT of know-how and cool, etc.

But that's just a guess. I really know nothing about the subject.

Same here.. no expert, but what's with that 'wood burning' comment? My comment was simply to imply that 'normal' folk do not think like killers. That's been my experience, anyhow.

Ever hear of Dannemora Prison? I did some work in there a while back and got some insight. Most violent felons are different from 'normal' folk, that's all.
