Obama has done it again. It took this country's presidents 216 years to amass an 8.5 trillion dollar National Debt. Obama was able to double that debt by accumulating another 8.5 trillion in just seven years. Our taxpayers are weary but our lenders are rejoicing. A real democrat at work. If left to their own devices and not to be outdone, both Bernie and Hillary would triple our debt just to show they are even better democrats. Good Luck America !!!

I also know a few, mostly cousins - they are disappointed with the current crop of democrat candidates.

I've always been a glass half full type of guy & although Trump may not be the "perfect" conservative or the perfect man for the job, he is definitely pulling the crowds & potential for a Republican win in the WH & that becomes more evident every day...GO TRUMP 2016 & 2020...OORAH!!!

Only congress can spend money or authorize money to be spent. It know this might be difficult to understand, but you might want to give it a try.

Not necessary! If, by some witchcraft the hag should win and the Republicans transgress their campaign vows...we're gonna get 'em! We'll fix that little money conundrum. :-D

It doesn't matter who is President, the rules of congress does not change when it comes to spending or the authorization to spend.

Oh, really? Perhaps you would care to tell everyone here which party (R or D) had control of this congress during the last of President Bushes term? Let me help you. The democrats controlled congress and had control of the money.

Therefore the great recession would be the result of their monetary controls. A recession which was blamed on President Bush.

Can't have it both ways, can you?

Waste and Fraud....

I'm glad we both agree! Until this point the quisling Republican leadership has made a huge show of opposing Obama on nearly everything and then letting him have his way after putting up what they think looks like a decent resistance for the purpose of mollifying the base. That tactic will become increasingly less effective...just a prediction. :-D

Can't understand what this has to do with the lie about Obama spending money. Try your deflection someplace else.

Does anybody here think that if this government becomes socialist, the investing countries can REALLY milk the "cash cow"? They certainly don't want this nation fail! However, this government has milked us to the max...at least, about as far as we'll tolerate. So, isn't the next step socialism....where the government gets almost all of what we can generate?

So, does it matter who we elect for POTUS? Using manipulation of the Super Delegates, voting fraud, electoral college, etc. , slight-of-hand dupes the public into thinking the majority ruled....when it didn't.

Am I just totally paranoid?

Probably not.

My mind set at this point is my vote matters not a pinch of salt. Having said that, I will still go vote in November...late in the day, and come home for a large alcoholic beverage.
