We need to know that the only power the masses really have is to vote with their Pocket Book.
The need is not to go into debt to buy all the junk they want to sell Us.
When the flow of money into corporate pockets slows down they take notice.
Now it is important to keep spending because our jobs are on the line.
We just need to avoid going in to debt to do so.
No matter what is said or done about social programs. if the corporations see that there isn't enough money in the Market Place to buy the goods & services. They go to the government for the money.
Even if the program gives money to poor people it puts money in the Market Place. That means corporations benefit by those social programs.
There is little effort on the part of Corporations wanting to take the lead in seeing workers get paid more.
That short sight leaves the government to pick up the slack.
That leads to more debt that the general public has to pay for.
To many fail to see this as a Major cause of the problems we are having
