Anger may work on a site like this. Out in the real World that causes people to walk away.

Here in America it is about a 50 50 mix. Politicaley that is

If you wish to be on the winning side you have to reach out to some that are not thinking like you.

Logic mixed with a bit of trust in those that don't think like you could work better to bring then to your side..

I agree with your statements wholeheartedly. Perhaps, the first step to reaching across the aisle, be able to mix that logic with a bit of trust, is to dispense with the labels we automatically attach to others "not like us".
