Most people wouldn't look directly into the camera when tearing up, but instead look away.

I would like to point out the fact that Obama has never shed a tear for the victims of terrorists attacks on American soil. Several children were killed in these attacks. Where were his tears then? Not only were there no tears, he defended Islam, calling it a religion of peace.

He didn't even shed one tear when Travon "that could have been my son" Martin was shot after attacking that Mexican fellow.

He has to keep one eye dry so that he can read his teleprompter. If he cried real tears from both eyes he would have to stop and wait to read the teleprompter and it would take more time.
