Two things make this bill a scam on the American people. First, all bills are, to be first voted on and passed, by the House of representatives and then, go to the Senate. Second when the Supreme Court had it, they change a word to make it mean something else. Once this happened, it was supposed to go back to the house and go back through the same process all over again. The Senate, should never passed a bill, when no one knew what was in it. This is unconstitutional also. American People, we have been taken in and scammed, by the politicians, we voted in office.

Why don't you check the rules of the constitution and how they are to be applied, concerning bills. Or just google each remark I made. Not that hard to do.

I was merely pointing out how futile your comments appear to be since no one is around to take the initiative to enforce the provisions of the Constitution or so it would appear. I'm almost 72 years old, but I try to keep my mind and eyes open. The biggest problem is the do nothing congress we have. We need younger people in office who want to move our country along. Not stale people, like John McCain, Lindsey Graham, McConnell, Pelosi, Harry Reid and many other of the old do nothings, except play politics with our lives. Get these dinosaurs out of our government. We have to many socialist minded goof offs in government.

Everyone that discusses the ACA seems to forget that aspect of it. It's simply another "redistribute the wealth" tax on the American people. I say "American people" meaning mostly the "middle class" who will fund it. Congress and many other "liberal organizations" are "exempt", both from paying for it and abiding by it. It's all about the money!

To add to your post, first the bill has written into it authorization for the government insiders to invest in the healthcare industry (which they are already invested in), the pharmaceutical industry (which they are already invested in) and the up and coming vaccine industry. Basically, this ObamaCare bill allows governments (city, county, state and federal) to invest their pension plans into those industries and reap massive profits at the expense of the taxpayers, as this will all be done "outside" of the publics view. In other words, your tax monies will be invested to produce massive profits, and not a word said. Will the power players in WASHINGTON, DISTRICT OF CRIMINALS reduce your taxes by the same $2TRILLION they stand to make.?? I seriously don't think so. Second, the gov (a fake and fictitious foreign corporation) as you know it will make even more money from forcing EVERYBODY to have healthcare insurance (which they are already heavily invested in). So in a nutshell, the profit masters from WASHINGTON, DISTRICT OF CRIMINALS are going to gouge the "sheeple" coming and going. Basically same ole' song and dance. The one's who understand this are Ted Cruz, Mike Lee, John Boehner etc. The ones who stand to profit most (because they have holdings in the investments) are HARRY REID, NANCY PELOSI, AND THE GAG ME IDIOTS OF THE DEMOCRAT (read SOCIALIST) PARTY. !!! In case you would be interested in the real truth of the matter try these links instead. Its basically this - why settle for a measly $800 BILLION when you can fleece the "sheeple" and make $2 - $3 TRILLION. This is the truth behind ObamaCare. In a free market economy, not everyone is going to be able to have health insurance, just like not everyone is going to be able to afford a house or a nice car.
