Only when the female voluntarily stops playing with dolls and children's toys permanently can the female be used for sex after marrying. It was based on the maturity of the female. If she played with dolls until she was 23 then, she couldn't be used for sex until that age. The downside is if the female stopped at 9 then the law would be against her. Number 13 is taken out of context. That law can only be used during an officially declared war or Jihad, and a war can only be declared by a caliph. The only supposedly stated caliph is ISIS. I must say, never having seen their edicts in written form such as this was quite chilling. There it is.....an ideology so plain a child could understand. If this country were just made up of right wing conservatives than he would be the next president and who cares if he is right. As it is though, you RW nuts only make up about 37% and since Trump has alienated everyone else he has guaranteed that Hillary will be our next president. If you are going to reveal who you are it's best not to do it until after the election. Trump just can't hold it in which mean he will never be president...
