Is Putin seeing the need for others to join in the fight against ISIS?
It looks like China is taking a interest in controlling ISIS.
Could this be the issue that draws the Major Powers together in a big way.
It may or not be done with in the UN but it sure is pointing to a coming together to work on the ISIS issue.
Issues like this call for police action not war.

Police Action not war...sounds like Korea all over again...more indication of Obama's bungling of the whole matter!
