I hope I am wrong but, I think Obama will do what ever he can to stay in the White House. Think about Michelle, she does not desire to move out of the dream of a lifetime place to live. She has to be beating Barry a few times a week telling him to fix staying there or else! So Barry does all he can to make things be ready for him to declare Martial Law. Bingo, he stays in the White House, suspends the Courts, Congress and the Senate, and makes sure all his hand picked security and military to surround him and make sure he remains KING Dictator.

I'm not a conspiracy type...What Leftists Democrats are doing today is not conspiratorial so much planned...for the past 100 years or so. That said;

One can speculate as to why we have not been hit hard here. Do we want to believe that our security systems are so efficient and effective that the terrorists can't get passed them...? I my opinion to believe that is to believe that I can flap my arms and fly.

The fact is the Paris type attack is not as complex as the media or bureaucracy would have us believe. A suicide bombing is not a complex proposition. Think about it; if you for example are bent on mayhem in the United States how difficult would it be to acquire weapons and explosives? With sufficient funding all the ingredients are available on the street, so to speak.

How difficult would it be to walk into a mall and kill several dozen people with guns or detonations? The fact is, not at all...It happens all too frequently already. Have any of the nut job mass shooters been rooted out before they acted? Duh...

So back to the question; why have we not been hit? Well, if one is a conspiracy type one can speculate that there is a 'cooperative' plan afoot; don't attack until the time is right...and the right time in my mind would be mid-October 2016...the perfect timing for a national emergency; oops, sorry, we gotta call off this election (in which Leftists are going to be handed their asses) until we get this threat under control...Stand by...

Thats how I would do it anyway...if I were a conspiracy type that is...

Nahhhh. I moved here from Texas and am a native Texan, and while there are some in the cities who are conservative, a GOOD PORTION of the cities have been overrun with northerners who are PROGRESSIVES. I suspect Dallas is trying to catch up with Houston as far as Prog idiocy is concerned. It's the small towns who produce and live conservative lives - accustomed to looking after themselves and working for a living.

Better educated in the cities, perhaps. Smarter in the cities, absolutely not. Most in the small towns have to think in order to survive......those in the cities don't have to think so much as to react politically correct to maintain the jobs they are fortunate enough to find. Liberals tend to think they are oh, so intelligent, and a few may be, but for the most part liberals are not thinkers or innovators......heck they are still trying to turn this nation into socialism.......guess they do not know that it has failed everywhere and every time it has been tried. Conservatives do not have the time to waste prancing around a failed policy, a failed form of government. You mentioned "rationality", and the left is totally incapable of rationality.......being PC is NOT rational, is not logical, and is not connected in any way with success. Rationality would scream at them to back away from socialism/communism, AKA TYRANNY. So, NO, we in no way compare or agree on much of anything. I know, do not BELIEVE, BUT KNOW that socialism, collectivism is a horrible system and I will fight it until I die.
