They left out the parts like when the whits called the police that someone was breaking into there house and they never come, and the garbage is not pick-up for a month, it's no wonder the well to do people moved far away, so what and who is left? Low income people, that equals no or little income to the city, that equals Bankruptcy. And it aways will. Now the rich in America are moving out of America. Hay, they can afford to do it. Lots of nice places in the world will welcome them. We, the whole country will end up looking like Detroit.
