RWNJ, G-d works in mysterious ways. I never second guess him. I just have faith that he will show his love for us and be merciful to our world.

I agree, except for one thing. He shows His mercy to individuals. Not the world as a whole. The world, and the entire Universe is destined for destruction by fire. But He'll create a new one. Can't wait to see what it's like.

RWNJ, According to the Old Testament, G-d promised never to destroy the world. I believe man doesn't need divine help, we are doing a pretty good job of planet destruction all by ourselves! Physics say that with an expanding universe, the world will be destroyed by either cold or our sun going super hot before it dies, but we will be long gone by then.

Actually, God promised never to destroy the world by FLOOD again. The Earth. and all of Creation will be destroyed again, and God will create a new Heaven and a new Earth. I hope He doesn't wait much longer. This world is one seriously messed up place.
