Last night Megyn Kelly interviewed a successful gentleman who, with his brother David, has been demonized by the left specifically Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, and Barack Obama. Charles said that his father, when contemplating leaving his son money, made it clear that he did not want a country club bum. He expected Charles to develop and use his full potential and went so far as to hope that Charles' first endeavor would be a failure in order to build his character and teach him humility. I found it interesting that Charles views himself as a "Classic Liberal" who wants to make the country better for everyone. A true liberal has those goals and that is why the average democrat is not really a liberal and does not deserve the title. Charles said the he and his brother support the republican party because they have us going over the fiscal cliff at 70 MPH while the democrats have us going over that same cliff at 100MPH. At age 79 Charles works everyday in an attempt to make America better for all its citizens. That is a real patriot. Good Luck America !!!

I am amazed at the liberals hatred of the Koch brothers. The first time i notice that was when some of them claimed that the Koch bothers were communists because their father had been an admirer of communism until he had a stay in Russia when he became an avid antiCommunist pro free market capitalist. Instead the progressives idolize Soros who IS a Communist as was his financial partner Armand Hammer, communist spy, and member of the Communist party. Makes no sense to me, but then the left HAS no sense, so how can they make any?

The democrats attack the Koch brothers because of envy. They wanted to have their money without earning it. But the Koch brothers with work and life ethics taught by their parents developed it, worked hard, and treat others with same respect and humility.

They have given millions of dollars to charity. On the other hand the democrats keep their money for themselves to enrich them further like Hillary, George Soros the billionaire, the 98% of elites in Hollywood whose morals are like animals.

They're hypocrites as they show their naked bodies to kids who make them as the role model of indecency. Some of them support communists but would not live with them.

Most of them are godless, that is why their morals are down to the trash cans.

The hatred the Progressives feel towards the Koch brothers is rational from their philosophical perspective. These are good honorable men who made a fortune, based on moral principles and values, and shared their wealth thru their own initiative without government intervention to help individuals and society. That goes against the evil consensus progressives have convinced themselves is true of capitalists. What Obama, Reid, Pelosi and the mob has done is to bear false witness but they don't really care do they? Anything is fair play to achieve their objectives.

I also watched the interview. I have been a huge admirer of the Koch brothers and especially Charles, who is the more verbal of the two. I'm encouraged by the positive responses on this thread. Gives me a little hope.
