Those that put down the tea party are ignorant to what they actually stand for and the purpose behind them. Members of the tea party are 100% patriots.

Study Confirms Tea Party Was Founded By Koch Bros.
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/brendan-demelle/study-confirms-tea-party-_b_2663125.htmlA new academic study confirms that the tobacco industry and Koch Bros. planned the foundation of the Tea Party for more than a decade before it exploded on the scene. Both took advantage of a black man being elected president and the blatant racism of the southern conservatives!
A study confirms you have only a half brain cell left....what ya gonna do?

The obvious fact that these zombie progressives fail to understand is that the longer a tea bag simmers the stronger the Tea.

The Tea Party hasn't and isn't going anywhere. Everyone of them is addicted to the endorphins flooding their brains, from the excitement caused by their ability to create havoc and mayhem. The more the House is in shambles, the more endorphins are released.
We all have to face the fact that these folks are addicted to the high such actions bring - and that common sense and pleading will not sway them - anymore than it would a crack addict. So we need to prepare for more mayhem - not less.

Since you are apparently not endowed with common sense perhaps you'd do well to consider some thought expanding facts. I have been a Tea Party member since I learned their primary reason for existence is returning our Republic to its Constitutional roots and overturning the radical concepts and schemes held by liberals, socialists and neo-con republicans.
ALL we want is a return to normalcy, to the disciplines of hard work, integrity, educational and medical opportunities, (have your medial deductibles been constantly increasing), the right to be able to save enough for a retirement (impossible for the average person with today's tax policies), and honesty in government, all of which are sadly neglected under the current administration.
We don't need constant war and repeatedly inserting ourselves into the affairs of sovereign nations. Get rid of the Fed, the UN and NWO influence. We will benefit greatly by getting these scoundrels out of our affairs. They are all dedicated to utilizing our military to their ends, to constantly stealing and diverting our finances, and to ultimately taking over our nation for their own purposes..
Now what is your argument for retaining any of these barriers to our national success? Or are you truly dedicated to destroying our Constitutional Republic?
Remember, during the revolution just 2% of the population was totally in favor of driving British rule out. The remainder were either British sympathizers or too disinterested to raise a finger. I count today's tea party members as the current 2% that is totally disgusted with the current state of affairs. Are you either dedicated to seeing us become a socialist state or are you too disinterested to get involved?
The only havoc and mayhem we desire is among the ranks of the non patriot feeders that will suck the nation dry and then stand around, wringing their hands wanting handouts to keep their sordid lifestyle alive. I'll be there to say, "Really sorry about that, but you had a chance to contribute to our Republic, but for whatever reason you felt too superior to join in our fight for survival. Bye now"

It is very gratifying to see a successful defense of the Koch's. They have been attacked for far too long by liberals that never seem to see the millions donated by soros, gates, bloomberg, steyer, or tim gill, gay activist. Wonder why that is??
Kudos on a clarifying post.
Padremike; great contribution. You have it exactly right; what with the foundation of the Tea Party, the loony liberal left came unhinged in an effort to counterattack to save their own unsavory hides. They completely fail to recognize the extent of their own schemes when attacking the Koch's. I never hear any squawking about the donations made to the left by the likes of Soros, Steyer, Bloomberg or other unsavory individuals such as the queer, Tim Gill. Is that a double standard; if not, what?
So you admit that you belong to small minority of racists Americans (19%) who say they belong to the self-destructive Tea Party!
Tea Party is destroying the chances of a conservative to become president again!
