Long range if you truly wish to keep your guns You need to just stop protesting gun laws. People like you need to come up with restrictions & agreeing to changes that truly keep guns out of the wrong hands
If you do not wish to do that you should keep your guns & what you will do with them to your self.
I have no problem with you having guns & keeping them.
Changes will be made & it is in your best interest to see that the changes are such that you can live with them.
The NRA has to take the lead in fixing the problem. If the members take a first hand interest in what is the best way to keep the guns out of the Wrong Hands guns will be taken out the hands of those fine people you speak of.
I will not lead in taking your guns away. I for the most part would support what people like you find that makes the problem go away.
But do not tell me more guns on the street is the answer.

As long as there is a profit in it, there is no way to keep guns out of the "wrong hands". As long as people steal, there is no way to keep guns out of the "wrong hands". Until ALL criminals are incarcerated and ALL psychos are in institutions, there is no way to keep guns out of the "wrong hands". The problem will never go away. If the thousands of guns laws already on the books couldn't do it, it can't be done!

The only thing that will slow gun violence is get God back in public places and in schools. Back in the young peoples lives. Take the violence off TV and out of video games. In other words stop teaching people to kill each other! The gun violence is being programmed into the people lives and the government is behind it all because they want the guns, total control, communism, dictatorship. It's just that simple. Wakeup people.
