Semantics? Calling negotiating a price a means of establishing the cost of an activity is hardly semantics - it is turning words into meaningless things. PP, by the simple act of negotiating price, established that cost is not the factor in the activity. You may want to argue that they sold below cost, above cost or coincidentally at cost, but you cannot argue that negotiating price is a method of establishing cost without ignoring the definition of either term.

1.Price
the amount of money expected, required, or given in payment for something:
"land could be sold for a high price"

synonyms: cost · charge · fee · fare · levy · amount · sum · outlay

Full Definition of COST

1

a: the amount or equivalent paid or charged for something : price

b: the outlay or expenditure (as of effort or sacrifice) made to achieve an object

2

: loss or penalty incurred especially in gaining something

For example. PP claiming 97% of its services are not abortions. Scratching the surface proves this is propaganda. They count handing out one pill equally with an abortion.

Look at the bright side of things. Most of the aborted are from the unwashed side of society. How many liberals on here could have been just as easily removed from life and society -- except for the grace of God.

That being the case ol'moldy and his relatives are the ones being eliminated in mass.

Heck. One positive: Most of those big noses and lips will increase the harvest and help the more enlightened of society grow and prosper.

What was that salutation from Mr. Spock? "Live long and prosper"

Wow - try that logic with the IRS -

The price one pays for something is their cost.

The price one gets for something is not their cost.

You can twist any word to mean anything but you cannot twist logic to arrive at a desired end - No one establishes cost by negotiating the sale price - and for you to continuously deny that simple truth is so intellectually dishonest as to not deserve serious response.

You certainly have not provided a serious response.

I see the arguments over cost, etc
Seems like you forgot the issue.
Such disregard for life seems to fall in line with ISIL and Communist China.
We cannot survive if we treat ourselves this way.
This is the path to self destruction.
How can anyone defend the actions that steal our future?
Has life become just the luck of the draw now?
Our ancestors would be horrified at the way we treat the living and the unborn.
There is something seriously wrong, for anyone to accept these actions.

Pshew,
Quite a link.
Accurate and informative.
Seems as the story remains unchanged, sort of.
I am not a radical pro lifer by any means.
Reasonableness is at the core of my faith.
Common sense is there too.

I would hope that your core beliefs would at least allow for the consideration of cases of rape, incest, danger to the mother, etc.

I'm afraid that you cannot recognize a serious response - I suspect that's because you don't want to.

When an entity negotiates a price for a good or service, the price they wind up negotiating is what their cost is - not what the seller's cost is. If that simple reality isn't both simple and understandable to you, I have no way of making it so.

I suspect you don't see the argument over cost. If PP was selling their "product" at cost there would be no need to negotiate - they'd calculate cost and establish that as price.
