Sn. Merkely, Your sworn duty, as the United States Senator from Oregon, is to secure the operation of the Constitution.

Your job : sworn duty is to compel the executive branch to hunt down every illegal alien criminal [IAC} on United State territory, arrest them, civil forfeiture them, bill them for all costs, bill them for time of trespass, costs of deportation, and then deport them.

As well,
1. compel the arrest of every government employee who uses their office - public [places - funds to aid and abet any illegal alien criminal - lobbying for IAC's or uses their public office/position to obstruct illegal alien arrests, containment, billing, and deportation;

2. compel the arrest of every private citizen who aids and abets : supports : assists : enables : lobbying for any illegal aliens;

3. compel the arrest of every joint venture/ subsidized commercial, association, private employer who aids and abets illegal aliens by employing IAC's, funding IAC's, organizing for IAC's, otherwise enabling IAC's, lobbying for IAC's, or interfering with the arrest, deportation, billing or collection from debt of any IAC.

4.compel the arrest of every notorious individual notorious who aids and abets illegal aliens by employing IAC's, funding IAC's, organizing for IAC's, otherwise enabling IAC's, lobbying for IAC's, or interfering with the arrest, deportation, billing or collection from debt of any IAC.

Now, do your job, or notify the Chairman of the Senate, the Government of the State of Oregon, and the Oregon Democrat party you have abandon the Oregon senatorial office because, in refusing to carry out your sworn duty in the matter of capturing, billing, and deporting all illegal aliens you have reduce your self to being a defacto officer by violating your Oath of Office; thus wanting the authority to make new law, engage in sworn governmental activities, accept compensation, claim the protection or authority of any office, walk/move on governmental property, or otherwise use/access the offices : property [stuff] of the United States.

O ! before you go or if you stay, please send letters to all of the US Senate/House members - all State and County Legislators telling them it is time to legislate a law requiring all government agencies - employees - 1/2/3 contractors - signatories to treaties [by any name] to use standard bookkeeping procedures. Backed up with a 366 day, fixed, alternative budget enforced by the Distributive tax...
you should include Mark's list of crimes : felonies unique to government employees and their private henchmen... Simply email me a request and I will send you the list of government employee crimes that you should work to enact.

When you vote for an incumbent you are perpetuating our government as it is now. Nothing will change.
These three, short sentences tell you a lot about the direction of our current government and cultural environment:

1.) We are advised NOT to judge ALL Muslims by the actions of a few lunatics, but we are encouraged to judge ALL gun owners by the actions of a few lunatics.

2.) Seems we constantly hear about how Social Security is going to run out of money. How come we never hear about welfare or food stamps running out of money? What's interesting is the first group "worked for" their money, but the second didn't. Think about it..... Last but not least:

Why are we cutting benefits for our veterans, no pay raises for our military and cutting our army to a level lower than before WWII, but we are not stopping payments to illegal aliens such as monthly payments for each child, money for housing, food stamps, free education including college and also the right to vote?

AMEN Mark I have been sending these same concerns to our "representative of the people" on an almost monthly basis and still waiting for a response other than I just don't understand the complexity of the situation ,HUH?

Glad to hear that people are interested in getting control of the government budgets using mandatory standard bookkeeping practices, the compulsory alternative budget, and stipulated government employee crimes.

Hummm, maybe we each send copies of the Jeff letter to everyone we know and ask them to send it to their county, state, and federal legislators and all of the Pres. candidates ? say there are 100,000 people who would make such a minimal political move... the numbers might be enough to force the issues into the election ? If there are 10 million ? so much the better.
