Kerry stumbles on an Epiphany

Lateral thinking is finding a solution ,when a situation presents itself , that seems intractable when the all "common solutions " are unacceptable .
Example : WHAT TO DO ABOUT SYRIA .

We can do nothing , or we can use military force ,where both can result in greater mishap .

ENTER-Lateral Thinking .
I give Kerry credit NOT for arriving at lateral thinking on his own , but stumbling upon it unknowingly . And as we all looked upon Kerry's statement as the FAUX PAS that it was - how can we avoid a war with Syria was the question asked ,and Kerry's response - have the international community seize and secure the chemical weapons .
I give the Russians GREATER credit for recognizing it and seizing the moment .
For those too short sided or too partisan to see this , if this notion is followed through, we can : Avoid war /Avoid a possible military confrontation with Russia / avoid possible retaliation against our allies in the region /avoid killing Syrians -there will no doubt be collateral civilian casualties . / Give Syria an option other than flight or fight ./ possibly open the door to a diplomatic solution .

It seems typical that we create a thread..."Kerry stumbles on an Epiphany". Yes! Do NOT give him credit for a very viable solution to the issue at hand. Partisan indeed. Had our Secretary of State been a Republican this thread would not be titled that way. Why not see it for its value to the problem without smiling while you kick him in the butt. Let's keep it political...that is sick.

My my , you don't even know what side of the issue I'm on . I said Kerry stumbled on it because it was not his plan to discuss any seizure and International monitoring of Assad's chemical weapons . Do you think it was ?
Was it mentioned beforehand as an alternative by the Obama Administration ?
What if that question had not been asked at all by the Press ?
Think before you jump dville , I doubt if you even knew what lateral thinking was before I mentioned it .
I don't look at this turn of events as partisan /political , IT IS BETTER FOR THE UNITED STATES PERIOD > .
I stick to my position regardless of your obviously partisan politics which seem to have been bruised .
Grow up .
