The fact that she has to read every word she says is bad enough, but the fact she CAN'T seem to read every word is very horrendous...duh! Maybe bigger print will help, maybe reading it out loud to herself several times will help...she probably get's paid very well...it is a total waste of revenue if she does in my book. PERIOD!
