I know I ramble on but it is hard to put down how I think of & about things as my mind tries to find answers to just how I should react to what is going on. I see issues but lack the means to put them down in the best way to reach others.

That others here are no better at it than me gives me no comfort.

I wish to know what I am & why I am what I am.

I am trying to bare my soul to my self in becoming a more complete person.

I wish more people would listen closer to what is deep inside them self & express or bring out their true soul. For we can only trust those that are true to them self & true to others.

The relevance of who you are belongs to you, to you to define and love..

What others think is immaterial to the "You within"...It all starts and stops with loving You as you love all..

The only way to know you is to simply look inside, find your agreements in life and live them..The rest you can lay to rest knowing it was not "You" and therefore has no relevance..

Know what and why you are as you are...Simple..As you have aged and learned life, you have chosen those things in it that made you the person you are..Perfect, just as you, we all strive to be better..That makes you better, period..In other words, you are perfect, just as you are... :thumbup:

Sometimes we have to stop listening to ourselves and start talking to ourselves. Human nature is fickle in so many ways because it is so diverse.

Sometimes it tells us we are the best, sometimes it tells us we are the worse. Only God can define His creation. His word tells us that we are loved and that we should love in return.

Every so often stop listening to you and start talking to you.

What you are asking is what every human being ask at one time or another in their life.

Who am I? Where did I come from? What is my purpose? and where am I heading. Just sayin.......

The part I like is that you see the need for self reflection.

I think that one of the main things I seek in my ramblings is to get more people to see the real good that is in them self.

To see the need to look for the good in our self & others.

If we are ever going to have a truly great way of like it can only come from the inside of good people.

Spread trust not mistrust.

After all leaders are not born. It is followers that make leaders. Yes our life's will be harsher with out order.

Life can & will over come just about any thing.

We can control who we will follow. But we need to be United in who we will follow. It is not you or I that decide what is needed. It will be Us & others like Us. As different as we all may be.

The world need not be destroyed to make it better.

Okay, but how are you preparing your self for all of the changes that are taking place?

Don't get me wrong I have come to this stage of my life better prepared than most.

There are forces that promise to make life more complicated.

How does a trusting person adjust to a world that is becoming less trust worthy?

I guess I can bitch and moan about things that don't please me

but it don't change a thing
as far as politicks I vote for what I feel is best for me and mine
as far as the worlds problems
you have to be a lot smarter than me to think you can do any thing about it
or maybe I should say not as smart????

In some capacity we all do strive to better ourselves..We know our short comings and hopeful, anyway,look to better ourselves..A lot of people in this world and you can choose to see their negative or you can choose to see their good..I opt for choosing to see their good and leave it right there..Enough negativity comes on its own that we need not create more for ourselves...While we can't change people, nor should we try, we can accept them for themselves and simply move on...People are people, diverse and interesting, period..We wouldn't want a world of everyone being the same and for those that don't have that happy life mentality we can look to them to see how they taught us we do not want to be like them..

All a matter of semantics..You already nailed it..Hope for the best with people, treat them as you wish to be treated and send them off with a Thank You..One kind gesture begets another..A simple smile may be all that is needed..

Humanity at its finest~~accept, tolerate, help, love and forgive...

I love your analogy, but YOU do make a difference, don't ever think you don't..If you touch one person and make them happy or help them with whatever, you have made a difference....

You vote your heart based on what you believe is needed to right or better our Nation and ultimately the World...You do matter, you are marvelous and you are the sweetest, too~~`I' smile with any number of your posts and always learn something from you....See, you do matter!! :thumbup:

I see that spark and I believe it is catching, spreading and that love and compassion will save the world. I hear it in the our newer generations and I heard it in the speeches from the Pope.

To thine own self be true first, have an open heart and pass it forward. We are a collective energy and as you say we together we can make the change. We must just press forward for the betterment of the country and world. :thumbup: Good Post :thumbup:
