Maybe you should have been paying attention to what was happening. Until January 2015, Obama's Democrat controlled Senate and Harry Reid refused to even allow hundreds of bills to be brought to vote. That's why nothing happened. And surely you're not so far out of it to think Obamacare is a safety net of any sort. It is purely a fascist takeover of 1/6th of our economy by the fascist Democrat party that has NOT reduced the number of uninsured, and has merely cost many people their insurance and greatly increased the cost of insurance and deductibles for people who actually pay for insurance. Time to start paying attention, rather than just reciting vacuous talking points.
