What a laugh. The leftists play on words again....calling outsourcing "Manufacturing." If it's not manufactured here in America then it's just plain outsourcing and no amount of mincing words will change that fact. The Administration wants and has already used it recently as to saying manufacturing has increased. More BS. I suppose a lot of people will think of it the gov't's way if they don't give it careful thought.
