Isn't it a damn shame that it takes a 12 year old to give a speech like this. Canada has a problem that is dwarfed be the exact same problem this country (US) has.

This is not really a secret. It's just that no one had the balls to come out and say it publically. The people that benefit from this system aren't going to "rock the boat" and no one else has had a "platform" from which to impact the public. I suspect that someone "taught" this young lady what to say and this in turn gave some "impact power" to get peoples' attention. Good for her for being able to pull it off at her age. Maybe we ought to lower the minimum age for being elected to Congress!

Most members of congress on both sides of the isle couldn't compete with her either!
The real genius was in letting a smart little kid make that speech, it had more meaning to me that way.
