The above provides the basis for virtually everything Obama does.

Was it an unnecessary photo op?

At least 40 world leaders were pictured together on a Paris street on Sunday in a show of solidarity before marching with millions for the victims of last week's terror attacks.

The photos may have made it seem as if David Cameron, Benjamin Netanyahu and François Hollande and the other heads of state were standing at the head of the pack, but at the time they were in fact alone on an empty street, surrounded by security.
