I got news for you smart ass. The date you are referring to is not July 2nd. But August 2nd. And then it was not signed by all until some time later. But for all intense purposes, July 4th is recognized as the official signing date.

I will tell you this for your lesion in the coming together of humanity for the benefit of all. Always remember this.

The signing of these documents over a period of time is a fine example of this. For it is very clear the framers, as well as the singers, wanted to show a strength of unity, purpose, and resolve for there under-taking. And that was to bring together one nation, under God, with liberty and justice for all. With no means of instant communication, no fast land sea or air travel. It is truly remarkable these folks got any of this accomplished at all.
This nation was forged out of the blood, sweat, and tears of a people
coming together, of like mind, for the betterment of all. With hope, honor, love for each other as brother or sister. A true sense of right or wrong they came. Humbling before there God. Dedicating there lives as well as there fortunes, to forge a new nation. Out from under the yoke of oppression and tyranny metered out by royalty from England. These folks, did something so remarkable, it has no equal in the history of man. By the signing of these papers, These folks created that shining city upon a hill the honorable Ronald Reagan so often talked about. Your very speak of a waste of time to sign these papers is reprehensible to say the least.
The coming together of the tea party coalition is a
testament to the same purpose the frames had. And I believe it's because of them, and like minds, is the only hope ,we, as a so called free people, have to survive as a nation. So before you put all your eggs in one basket. I would take a real good look at who's laying them.
