Yea, I was paying over $100,000 in taxes then. But a lot of expenses raising children and such. I noticed the same sexes usually don't waste money on such, so more for themselves.

I think you make the mistake in believing what the liberal press tell you. Watch the world around you better. I have been doing that for 72 years and have changed my views as time goes by.

I'm not grumpy all the time. I laugh all the way to the bank, and smile when I kill something.

Open season on all liberals no bag limit.

It's just been a great week for America. The ACA is upheld, the Pope officially declares global warming a moral issue and this... The SCOTUS decides that the Constitution actually does protect the right for same sex couples to marry.

Here's the four principals listed in the official opinion of the court as upholding the right for same-sex marriage... These are copied directly from the published opinion itself.

Bravo America!

Hey straightUp have you seen anything about the words of Mike Huckabee yesterday when he talked with Stephanopolous. He said some things that I have to agree with especially about the lighting of the front of the White House with those homo lights. You can see him say these words on my link but I doubt you will. Anyway, he said that if Obama could allow that lighting of the front of OUR house Friday night with rainbow colors he surely would have to allow Mike to put up a huge display of the birth of Jesus in that area. He may have screwed allowing that to happen but he and his gay friends must have been very happy that night.

Which part of the Constitution did those judges find anything about same sex marriage in? Did they blow out a part of Amendment 10 when they couldn't find those words? You know that that Amendment says that if the US isn't given a power it is reserved to the States. When the Supreme Court can declare a part of my state's constitution unconstitutional I say they have crossed the line from Amendment 10. How about you telling me the answers to my questions above along with telling me how they declare the 10th Amendment to not be part of the Constitution. Surely you can do this pretty quick and so great, since you believe in all this crap about the Supreme Court.

Now you have to know that they surely did attack the 10th Amendment and crossed the line when they made that decision. One plus 4 is one conservative and 4 libs crossing the line and creating a real problem for themselves with that decision.

I say all the problems that this decision have brought to us will really make life tough for you libs next winter when people start putting up their displays of the birth of Jesus. Of course, you do know that Obama allowed the rainbow lighting of the White House Friday night, don't you. You do know that my state will not accept same sex marriage since our Constitution had that added to it a couple of years ago from popular election. It is going to get deep and we won't give up our guns since we may need them to stop this shit.

We should not shoot the gays, for they are not the enemy, the enemy is the traitors in Washington, DC.

The Biggest misconception that all people are being deceived in this subject is about the power of the Government.

Let me ask a question to you Anigav6969, do you think the judgement is just, by legislating from the bench, a law that does not exist?

Or do you not understand my argument? Because my argument has nothing to do with same sex marriage but everything to do with the Constitution and nine lawyers ruling over us. I want to be clear in this. Do you understand my argument? Because I am infuriated at the actions of our leaders. I am sure the homosexual community would have found a democratic solution, it was coming. But by making the courts decide on a moral issue, that blankets the whole country is unAmerican. Understand that if you can.

I appreciate you asking in such a way....I'm not an expert on the constitution...sounds like you might be...I was in favor of SSM.....the Supreme Court did agree to hear the cases involving SSM....this is how they decided....I don't think they looked at it as a moral issue but an equal rights issue........I don't even see the big deal.....let them be miserable like the other married people.....I wouldn't mind seeing protections put in for churches and such....this will not be that big a deal

Are you willing to see nativity scenes on courthouse lawns? That will be happening since the Court made that ruling. Why can't you see this without explanations?

In plain and simple scientific logic

If nature rewards heterosexual couples with a child, what does nature reward samesex couples?

And if nature does not reward same sex couples with a child, then isn't nature discriminating against the couple?

And if nature is discriminated against the couple, how can the Supreme Court, which just declared all marriages are equal, hold nature responsible for that discrimination?

So is that your way of committing yourself to prison so you can have all the gay sex that you always dream about? You don't think we know that the difference between gay men on the right and the left is that on the right they're too scared to come out of the closet? And it's always the ones that put on the tough act to try and throw people off.

"I'm not gay - I'm a Ranger!"

Yeah, whatever.

Why would we see nativity scenes on the courthouses ? What does this have to do with SSM ? What you're talking about is a church/state seperation issue

I just want to emphasize the fact that you specifically indicated "extreme" right wing. I think that's important because most conservatives in America are good people (just politically confused) But the extremists are different.

It seems every time we see a gunman get crazy in a public space, it always turns out to be an extreme right-wing nut job. They seem to have personal trouble adapting to changes so they isolate themselves in right-wing toxicity, hating the left, hating the Muslims, hating the blacks, hating the queers, hating the government and hating themselves until they go off. Then we all watch as the police takes them down. I'm sure there will be more of this as America changes in ways they can't tolerate.

It's typical for extremists to make references to violence, stating that their guns can solve problems. It's also typical for them to express their hatred for others as boldly as possible and it's even common for them to express those feelings on the Internet. But they present no danger of revolution or even social change. While the more educated liberals they hate so much are winning battles democratically and changing the country accordingly, these right-wing nuts, clutching their Bibles and guns are committing themselves to violent defeat the moment they take a stand, not together as soldiers in battle, but individually as criminals.

Again, we're talking about extremists.

It would be nice if they could all just deal with reality but I guess that itself is unrealistic. So my only hope is that casualties among the innocent bystanders during these rampages is minimized as much as possible.
