Looks like an idiot has conned a new word, "chemtrail". Actually the trail you see is a "contrail" which stands for "condensation trail". This trail is nothing but the condensation produced by jet engines at high altitude that freezes as it hits the cold air. You might want to readjust that tin foil hat for better reception.
