How will the Supreme Court rule

Watch closely as the Supreme Court rules on the Ohio Election Commission's statue that that demonstrates complete disregard for the right of people to criticize their elected officials.

The state law criminalizes "false" political speech and empowers a state agency to determine what constitutes true and false political speech.

Former Democrat Representative Steve Driehaus was defeated in his 2010 reelection campaign. He said he had been damaged by statements made by Republicans concerning his vote in support of taxpayer funded abortion by voting for the affordable care act.

The SBA was stopped from putting up a billboard to educate the voter concerning his support of the Affordable Care Act.

I wonder if the Supreme Court will rule this a tax???

They already ruled the ACA was a tax law. That is the reason I keep talking about the origination clause in the Constitution that says all tax laws have to originate in the House and that one originated in the Senate.

Which means that the ACA tax is illegal and should not be enforced. Now if we can just find somebody in Washington that understands that and then acts on that.

The problem is that Chief Justice John Roberts ruled on his fear of the Executive Branch which is not what the Supreme Court is supposed to be about. His interpretation of the bill that was from the Senate, not the House where it's supposed to be by constitutional law, into a tax law is beyond comprehension. The only thing I've ever got from that is that he kowtowed to Obama & the democratic controlled politics in Washington D.C. As my 3 sons say, they'll pay the tax penalty each year versus buying into an expensive un-affordable healthcare plan. All about the Benjamins. As far as the Election Commission ruling to be issued. I don't put anything past the Supreme Court anymore. They are so wishy-washy it truly hurts.
