Coporal Eric Casebolt Resigns After 'Swimming Pool Incident! McKinney, Texas!

McKINNEY, Texas - A Texas police officer has resigned, days after cell phone video of him violently restraining a young girl and drawing his weapon on unarmed teens at a pool party went viral.
CBS Dallas reported that McKinney police Corporal Eric Casebolt submitted his resignation through his attorney. At a news conference Tuesday evening, police chief Greg Conley confirmed that Casebolt resigned while under investigation.
"The actions of Casebolt, as seen on the video of the disturbance at the community pool, are indefensible," Conley said. "Our polices, our training and our practices do not support his actions. He came into the call out of control and -- as the video shows -- was out of control during the incident. I had 12 officers on the scene and 11 of them performed according to their training. They did an excellent job." He will still received his Pension and Benefits! I guess that will show him! Is this really Justice? :shock:

Gee they should have hung him for sitting on that little future thugs back. I imagine by resigning the pension (much reduced) and bennies were a deal to keep the police department from a law suit. I am fine with this guy resigning if the officers actions were out of control and against policy. I just see a trend where the mob rules. I have a sneaking suspicion that if that girl was white we wouldn't have heard a thing. I also have a sneaking suspicion that you have a twin named Bo Jester.

The reason I called her a future thug was to see how long it would take one of you idiots to respond. My point was I have no idea if she was a thug in the making or not, just like you have no idea from a short video if the cop was wrong or not or exactly what happened. Just trying to point out how upset you get when we jump to conclusions but you have no problem doing the same. That's called hypocritical.

Nice try. I will admit I have prejudices. I already stated why I said that. Believe me or not you can't dispute my point. I knew people in the Klan and despised them so if that makes me racist so be it. You cannot when a debate so your opponent always becomes racist. Spent my whole life in sports and never once did a person of color have a problem with me or me with them because of race. I'm working out with a black guy at the Y who used to play safety in the NFL hope he never finds out I am a racist I can't out run him.
