Now don't get the idea that I am blaming the present administration for this activity although I sure am not trying to protect them. These illegal contract bids were made largely in areas where only female owned businesses were allowed to bid. Isn't that kind of like what has been done for other minorities the past many years? At any rate this story is about a woman who had as an address a ramshackle house in Maryland. Being a black woman gives people advantages with the federal government, it seems.

I blame the whole corrupt DC scene that think they Have to Give OUR TAX Money Away to poor iner-city blacks. They are always in such a hurry to do that, anyone, anyone with the guts to say they are black on paper, buy a dump of a house, stay in it long enough to get mail, or have it's mail forwarded......say hey! If they don't get caught...they got a bunch of free money!

I found this woman's method of making money to be something that could get her killed. She got the bids and subsequent payments but she sublet every contract and then didn't pay those who actually did the work. She seems to me to be about as dishonest as they come, even those in the Obama administration.

As far as I am concerned they are mainly/all corrupt.Look at Detroit,Chicago etc all run by corrupt Demoncrats and add black to that

The left wing of political thinking really does believe that about the 54% minority. Someone has told them that no matter how many people think a way, unless it agrees with their thinking it is surely a minority.
