And yes Al Quaida is on the run...they are running to every country they can get to, fomenting and encouraging more bombings and killings (for Allah of course).

They have us running FROM our Embassies and Consulates all over the Middle East and Africa.

Johnny Reb was on the run for the last year and a half of the Civil War: no threat? Japan was on the run after Midway: no threat? Both were all but defeated and many, many thousands died.

Perhaps you guys are hoping for another Benghazi to blame on the president. If another even more devastating attack on some embassy happened, you guys would gleefully crucify him for ignoring the verified threat and not closing the embassy.

If the two of them had been on the ball and attending to the affairs of State as they should have been, it's possible it could have been prevented or at the very least ameliorated the damage.

They know the damage caused by Benghazi and how it caused infighting.. of course embassies will be their targets.He had to have an abundance of caution because Lord knows we cannot afford it. I'm sure he will only get blasted for it.. no matter what he does you will see it as wrong.

I have to agree. It seems more could have been done. There were many factors to consider and it appears misjudgments were made with serious repercussions. Mistakes, yes, but doubtful anything could have been done to save those four lives. The "damage control" made it look a lot worse than it probably was.
