I believe you may be right on that. But regardless, he did a service for the public to help ease vehicle congestion by posting clear directions for freeway traffic. Something that should have been completed years ago by Cal-Trans.

Wow, mongo. This just reinforces my views. People think that they have to pay the government to build roads and signs in it's own sweet time. Wasteful spending of our money. Richard did what needed to be done, without having to pay politicians to drag their feet and, ha ha, spend years pretending to "pass legislation"; pretending to work while padding their own filthy pockets.
Guerrilla tactic is the only way we'll get things done for our good.
