There are forty seven seditionist that have only been remotely impugned. As far as I know such a high heinous crime, synomonous with TREASON, historacally has always been, prosecuted that is.The lame excuse for not doing as such, was rather `punkish`, of course what was done violated the "LOGAN ACT".The fact that it eas an open letter and they made no specific reference to the negotiation does'nt imply aquittal. What is pertinent is that they mention Obams' name and referred to a coumtry that the president is conversing with.

If you REALLY want to try recent cases for sedition OR treason, let's start with people like Leaky Leahy (Dem) for leaking secret government information years ago, and a few democrat presidents who KEPT us into wars designed to fail, then let's progress to all the seditionists who tried to cause President Bush to fail. AFTER WE HAVE TRIED ALL THOSE HUNDREDS WHO HAVE BEEN IGNORED THEN WE CAN DISCUSS THOSE YOU WANT TO HANG NOW. The ones you now speak of are the only ones in this country TRYING TO SAVE THE US. If you don't KNOW that, you are obviously another of Obama's goons who hate America as he does.

Ir is Monday so all those who worship Obama have been given a whole new set of talking points and insults by the DNC and their favorite ELWNJ blogs. It is not original with them. They just spit out what they have been fed.
A typical cliches response,as expected from rightwing idiots, that fall regressively left when their Ideas don't correlate with an opposing Idea. We're not a past tense, we're talking about the here and now,Imbecile

What are you smoking? The 47 congressmen have as much right to free speech under the First amendment as you have. Their letter was posted on a public forum and consisted of an explanation of our governmental process. Are you going to argue that they lied? How did their letter advocate the over throw of the US government? Historically, the law against sedition (Smith Act) was aimed at non-citizen adults. Approximately 215 people were indicted under the legislation, including alleged communists, Anarchists, and fascists.
Some of these convictions were overturned and the law was declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court. It was not "always" enforced.
We mention Obama's name, Moslems , Iranians, Saudis and other Camel Jockey countries with great regularity on this site. Are we all Seditionists?
Your problem is that you believe Obama has attained Godhood and the Senators committed blasphemy. The rest of us don't worship at that church.

SILENCE the opposition. That's the M.O. of the entire Obama operation to undermine the constitution.
I do not believe a list to support the above is needed. If anyone has doubts I would suggest removing their heads from whatever rabbit hole it's been stuck in for 6 plus years.

Trying to save our nation is NOT sedition, you creton!
I find that Jaded people always assert themselves to a plane of sanctomonium Government offcianodos can not openly critisize their superior or usurp the chain of command, the law looks upon that as insubordination, mutiny, sedition, and treason, and sometimes a violation of the Logan Act.

If you feel so bad about people breaking the law and getting away with it, then why don't you start with that POS obama and his trashing of our Constitution? You can start with TREASON and work your way down to the lesser crimes he has committed, but then you don't really care about doing anything to him do you?? Since when is your favorite president free to do anything he wants and no Republican can do anything without you jumping on them about something. By the way, the Logan Act has nothing to do with these people.
