Obama has declared himself as the fourth greatest president. He places Lincoln, FDR and LBJ ahead of himself. Personally, I place him as the forty fourth greatest president. After the next president leaves office he will drop to the forty sixth greatest.

Wouldn't that be forty-fifth? Actually, he might not quite be the cellar-dweller. A couple of his predecessors were about as scabrous as he is.
