Apparently, lowering standards for passing isn't racism. I do think, however that it is "reverse discrimination.
Sure and then when he or she graduates and can't read cursive can't add or subtract the were back to racism when they can't get a job and we have to implement some more affirmative action again and once again we are on another slippery slope down hill. Keep the requirements high and you either rise to meet them or fail. Its like the dumbing down the tests for firefighters and police so that certain races will have a shot at passing. When I need help I need someone who knows what to do and not some dummy that shouldn't even be there.
