Are Hillary's emails a "smoking gun" or "smoke and mirrors?"

How could it possibly be a smoking gun? Do we not already have the emails that were sent from her private server to her coworkers?
Think it through. When we looked at all state department people and looked at their emails, don't we see the ones that they received? Yeah, we do. It is entirely nonsense to think there will be an email that she sent that has been erased from the cloud. They never really go away. But for investigation number 8, it is 8 right?, does anyone that can think foresee a "smoking gun"?????

**************************************************
Remember, these Federal employees, are covered by "rules & regulations, that have exacting instructions covering the use of communication, both paper, electronic, & meetings. "Killery" knows the protocol, all the rules, & how to circumvent these "rules" !

Her actions are deliberate, & "in your face".....remember America, :"Killery" is "special", & so is her "hubby, "Slick perverted Willie"......above the law, & "so special' they can get away with "murder"!

So, what's a few hundred thousand e-mails? America will get over it! It's "no big deal"......."At this point, what difference does it make" ....if a few American's get killed in Benghazi?

They are "just little people anyway".....& "remember", the Clinton's are "special"......EH?.................................

It's like this..

When you get caught hiding things that you're not allowed to hide, it's already a smoking gun.

One would assume she isn't stupid enough to purchase her own server and bypass regulations and break a handful of laws unless she was hiding a bigger smoking gun..

I'm sure she's counting on you not to care what she's hiding.

"Killery", is counting on America, still being as "stupid, as John Gruber", claims the Liberal voters are!

Hopefully, after 6+ dismal embarrassing, gut wrenching, financially disasterous years, These "former" stupid Liberal voters, will have learned a lesson!......................... :(

Exactly. People are presuming that because she deleted emails from her server, those emails are gone.

But the committee has already "subpenaed" other's emails, including Condi's and Powell's, because THEY TOO didn't turn everything in until asked. But all that was already done.... They found NOTHING.

They never found anything. So this is just scraping the bottom of the barrel and a Hail Mary desperate pass.

OTOH - Reality.

There was a law passed in 2009 that didn't apply to Condi and all Secs of State before her.

They didn't find anything from Condi because she didn't use email. Her subordinates that did use email had already turned everything over.

The State Dept. Spokes-Ditz won't say whether or not that upon leaving the State Dept. (that's over 2 years ago) that Hillary, as required by law, signed a document stating that all documents were turned over... IOW... They're hiding the truth.

It's not a Hail Mary when you have dozens of liberal talking heads admitting that Hillary is hiding something.

In this case......Don't worry", there is plenty of "scandal, Corruption, debauchery.....{ "Hillary's "girl friends?....Love letters she sent them", etc.} & "in-propriety", in "Killery"s, e-mails.......No one ever doubted the patriotism of Condi Rice, & Powell, like "everyone" knows "Killery", is just plain "Sociopathic, like her "hubby", Slick Perverted Willie"....the little girl chaser, & "cigar" magician....................Both Clinton's are Political Elitists, & above the law!.....{ they think! }.................

It's really simple. After 5 hearings/investigations failed to indict Hillary, it's obvious that she is guilty. How do we know this? Because the absence of evidence of her guilt, PROVES that she's guilty. If there was one single e-mail deleted anywhere - that was the one that would have proved her guilt. So, since there IS no e-mail - it's obvious that she deleted the very one they wanted. Case closed.

Yep. I think you're guilty of murder. Why? I don't need a reason, but I know it's true. I have no evidence that suggests that you're a murderer, so that's how I know you did it.

That reminds me of the old witch tests. Tie a large stone to a person and throw them in a lake. If they float, they're a witch. If they drown, they were innocent. Perfect! Most accused witches either refused the "advances" of some old lecher, offended a rich/important person, or had property and goods someone else wanted. Accusing them of witchcraft was a surefire solution, because even those innocent of witchcraft were gotten rid of.

So why didn't your party say anything about your party's candidates not following the rules? Apparently the rules are not important to you, they are just for political attacks.
