Also those surpluses you refer to were not done by Bill Clinton, whose first two years as President the USA was in such a bad recession, that during Clintons first midterm election the Republicans came out with a 'Contract with America', that contained 23 items, that they said that if they were given majority control in the Senate, because the Democrats majority wasn't as large there as it was tremendously large in the House of Representatives, that they would pass the entire 23 items in the contract, and turn Clinton's two years of recession into an economic recovery, which the American people not only voted the Republicans majority control in the Senate, but also in the House of Representatives, with a landslide victory which returned majority control of the House of Representatives to the Republicans for the first time in 44 years, and they passed all 23 items in the 'Contract with America' in less than 30 days, which the media said was a record, because not one campaign promise had ever been passed in less than thirty days in all of US history, let alone 23 campaign promises in that short of time, which brought the US economy out of Clinton's recession, and into a recovery, which two years later, the Republicans, while controlling both Houses of Congress, fought with Bill Clinton to pass several years of balanced budgets, that since they were balanced caused the economy to do even better than was expected, and created several surpluses, which Clinton had fought against those balance budgets, but when the Republicans passed them, and they turned out very successful, Bill Clinton got all the Credit for them by the Democrats and media, despite being a lame duck President. Before you make a fool of yourself again by calling this a lie, I suggest, if you've learned how to get on Google and check out historical facts, you do so to save yourself a lot of embarrassment of being ignorant to these historical facts, as you were about Clintons last two quarters as President being in a recession.
