MY COMMENT: If you wonder why the Biden Administration is so keen on allowing "illegal Immigrants" to enter our country, this is why. It is also why the SAVE ACT must be adopted before the 2024 election!

Winning at the polls is all that counts. You would be surprised what some people are able to overlook for what see as the "greater good"!

This is a law for children born here from non citizen parents. Isn't it ? The parents of said children are who are in question . Right ?
The child born here has to reside here till the age 16 for their parents to vote . This doesn't partain to adults here with no children does it .

I'm not a lawyer, so I don't know how a court would interpret this subsection 3, of 18 US Code 611. Subsection A says it is "unlawful for any alien to vote" (federal election), but (c) subsection (a) does not apply to an alien if..(3) the alien reasonably believed at the time of violation of said subsection, that he or she was a citizen of the United States. MY COMMENT: Talk about convoluted, ambigious, language, with lots of wiggle-room!

And, if I have learned anything about progressives, they will take advantage of any loophole, and exploit it to the fullest. As a perfect example, listen to what former President Obama had to say on this matter.

This is why we need Congress to pass the SAFE Act. It needs to be made in plain, clear, simple language that you need to be a citizen of the United States in order to vote in a Federal Election! No "IF'S, AND'S OR BUT'S"
