There should never be any genetically modified foods put in the food chain. To find out what is there and can be done is one thing. Then get to it or near it by selective breeding. Then test it throughly before introducing it to the human food chain. Did you not learn anything from Covid and the phony drugs to fight it.
Meanwhile all modified foods should have massive Complete notification on it as a matter of law,

It is already in the food chain big time. Go down any cereal aisle pick a box and read below the content square. "Contains bio-engineered food products"

You're right and it needs to be stopped. God's creations are more then good enough.

That doesn't mean we can't or shouldn't cross breed, or selectively breed toward goals of greater production or more highly nutritional foods. But it doesn't have to be done in a day. Like they try to accomplish with bio-engineered food products or lab grown meat. That is f**king with mother nature. Take our time and do it right. Naturally.
