So every demorat is trying to sell us on the idea that joe looks and acts younger than his age and is sharp as a tac. What they don't tell us is that they are comparing Slo joe to a 120 year old vs a 82 year old man. Slo joe looks like and ambulates like a 98 year old, walks like a Parkinson's invalid, can't remember when he showered with daughter Ashley and thinks Trump is our President. How is that for as sharp as a tac??

I do think Biden is sharper than Our favorite career criminal who is having his nap every day at his trial, including times when some pretty awful things are being said against him.

The only problem with your statement is the US supreme court doesn't have jurisdiction over a state court case.
