According to the white house there is only one spelling for insurrection. RInsurrection. DInsurrection doesn't exist

I don't think it will not get that far. If they do more than peaceful protest then the capitol police will make arrests as the law prescribes.

Not to be argumentative; however, if they are on the public streets, it falls to the District of Columbia Police. The Capitol Police have no authority outside the Capitol buildings and grounds.

It is very likely the USSS has a direct line to DCP. If memory serves, they can request (demand) the police respond and clear the area.

They do have the option of placing uniformed SS along the interior of the White House fence with automatic weapons on their person.
Honestly, it matters not that the resident is an incognizant. It matters that the USSS make it clear that the White House fence is off limits! The last time these heathens were there they were shaking the fence. A simple declarative sentence should work. If you place your hands on the White House Fence, it will be interpreted as an attempt to breach the White House and you will be shot.
