After all these years, Dickie Durtbin finally got something right. FISA as it is written is deeply flawed. Anytime a Conservative like Rand Paul and a Liberal like Henry Waxman agree on something, there are serious problems. Their opposition to this bill is probably the only thing they ever saw eye-to-eye on.
